The Malachian Non-Bar Association (N.B.A.) is a private unincorporated association of the Malachian Empire. We help members understand the systems they are facing, organize their cases, and prepare a clear, disciplined defense strategy through consulting and mentorship.
We are not a law firm. We do not practice law, give legal advice, or represent members in court. Our role is to educate, organize, and stand beside our members — equipping them to face administrative and court matters with confidence, dignity, and a plan.

The first conversation. We gather the essentials about your situation — the incident, the documents, your immediate questions — so we understand your needs from the outset.
A comprehensive review of relevant precedents, public records, and similar matters that can inform and support your defense strategy.
We compile everything into a clear, concise summary — key facts, issues, potential defenses, and significant findings — so you fully understand where things stand.
Using the summary, we help build a tailored strategy — identifying the strongest arguments, organizing documents, and preparing for appearances or negotiations.
We review the strategy together, answer questions, and discuss next steps — returning as often as your matter requires so you're always informed and supported.
N.B.A. support is offered to members of the Malachian Empire. Wherever you are in your journey, there's a clear way forward.
Choose Standard or Tribal membership. Tribal members unlock our full defense-strategy capability — including sworn affidavits and declarations issued on your behalf by the Chief or appointed Tribal Counsel.
